This development does not have final plat approval from planning and zoning.  However, all applications have been made and we are only waiting for approval. This development will be managed by an HOA with specific covenants.  The developer reserves the right to modify and revise the boundary lines of properties.  If this revision affects a lot that is reserved deposits will be returned upon request and there will be no further obligation.
